First, we come to you.
We meet in your home to understand how you live—what you love, what no longer works, and what you want your next home to make possible. We discuss your priorities, land situation, timing, and overall investment.

Then, you come to us.
Join us at the True North office to make the vision tangible. Together, we explore design direction, review your homesite or land-search strategy, map preliminary budget ranges, and walk through how we manage your project.

We bring the right people together.
A formal pre-construction engagement moves the work into deeper site evaluation, plans, design coordination, selections, and budgeting. We define the scope and path forward before a construction commitment.

One coordinated path to home.
With the scope and construction agreement in place, our team coordinates permitting, trades, schedule, and construction. Selections, budget information, and project updates help you stay connected through completion and handover.
